Commodity prices are dropping, implying inflation has peaked

The Wall Street Journal reports that commodity prices have dropped quickly in Q2. This implies the supply side pressure on inflated prices is easing.

“Mod­er­at­ing com­mod­ity prices are clear ev­i­dence that in­fla­tion is cool­ing,” said Louis Navel­lier, chief in­vest­ment of­fi­cer at Reno, Nev., money man­ager Navel­lier & Associates.
